We
understand that each of our clients is unique and has their own
philosophy on claims’ handling. Roddy, Leahy, Guill
& Zima, Ltd. works with each client to develop a defense
strategy based on the client’s individual and specific needs.
We believe that communication is the key to a long standing relationship.
Our goal is to minimize surprise. All cases should be directed to
a conclusion consistent with our client’s philosophy. To achieve
that end, our attorneys are always available, either in person,
by phone, mail, e-mail or any other form of communication.When a
new file is received in our office, it is promptly analyzed and
evaluated. We then continuously update our clients regarding the
progress made on that file. It is our belief and mandate that a
client should always know the current status of their file. We accept
no excuses for delivering anything less to our clients.
We
make it a point to periodically review the strategy in place for
the files and decide whether it needs to be updated. Often times
we may detect a pattern in files and provide recommendations to
help reduce future losses. We also monitor caseloads to make sure
that all of our attorneys have the adequate time and resources to
properly defend their files.
