PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
David R. McDowell, an Associate with the firm, currently specializes in the defense of workers’ compensation cases. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McDowell also specialized in the defense of civil liability cases. Mr. McDowell has over fifteen years of experience practicing before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Illinois Circuit Courts, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Appellate Courts within the State of Illinois. Mr. McDowell has also been admitted to argue before the United States Supreme Court.
