PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
William M. Kelley brings thirty years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Kelley worked for the Illinois Industrial Commission, and in 1982 he was appointed to be an Arbitrator for the Industrial Commission and served in that capacity until 1987 when he retired to private practice.
