PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Tina L. DePaul joined the firm as an Associate in 2005 specializing in workers’ compensation defense. Ms. DePaul currently practices workers’ compensation and has previous experience in criminal defense. Ms. DePaul has argued cases before the Workers’ Compensation Arbitrators and Commissioners, the Circuit Court of Will and Cook Counties, and the First and Third Appellate Courts of Illinois.
