PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Brian C. Cuttone is an Associate in the firm’s civil department where he concentrates his practice in all areas of civil defense litigation in multiple jurisdictions throughout the state and federal court, and specializes in construction law. Brian has successful trial experience in landlord-tenant law and has favorably negotiated and settled a wide variety of multi-party cases at mediation, arbitration and pre-trial conferences. Prior to joining the firm Brian worked in the public sector for Cook County Government for the Board of Commissioners and later in its contracts department. He also has experience in land use and real estate transactions.
