PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Sam J. Cerniglia is a Partner with the firm and has over 30 years of experience at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Mr. Cerniglia began his legal career as in-house counsel and later went into private practice. He has argued cases before the Workers’ Compensation Arbitrators and Commissioners, the Circuit Courts of Cook and Kane Counties and the Illinois Appellate Court.
