PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Stephen A. Carter has over fifteen years of legal experience and has appeared on workers’ compensation cases in substantially every venue in the in the State of Illinois. He also successfully prosecutes cases before the Industrial Commission, Circuit Court and the Illinois Appellate Court.
Mr. Carter has lectured extensively at more than 50 colleges throughout the States of Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan. Mr. Carter has helped hundreds of prospective law and accounting students pass their certification exams.
